A local solar team that does the electrical work itself.
Phoenix Solar Solutions is the specialist solar division of Phoenix Building Services, the Canterbury team behind electrical, HVAC, data and plumbing work. It was founded by Matthew, an NZ Registered Electrician with more than 30 years in the trade, and every system is designed, wired and signed off by him, so the person who quotes your home is the person who stands behind it.
We look at your roof, your power bill and how your household uses power through the day, then size a system to suit. You get the price, the expected savings and the payment options on one page.

Meet Matthew
The electrician who designs, installs and signs off your system.
Matthew began his trade at 15 as an electrical apprentice in the United Kingdom. He went on to work across London, co-found his own business, and deliver renewable energy and rooftop solar projects for major UK supermarket developments.
Today he holds electrical qualifications in both the UK and New Zealand, and from his base in North Canterbury he personally oversees the design, installation and commissioning of every Phoenix Solar Solutions project.
